The Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) will host the “Franchise Negosyo Para sa Region VII (Cebu)” on August 1-2, 2025, at SM Seaside City Cebu’s Mountain Wing Atrium, marking the return of its premier regional franchise event in the Visayas.
The two-day exhibition will feature over 60 franchise brands from various sectors, along with allied service providers.
The event is aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and providing investment opportunities to individuals seeking to enter the franchise sector.
Franchise Negosyo will include free and paid seminars designed to educate attendees on key aspects of franchising.
Sessions include “How to Invest in the Right Franchise,” a seminar for potential franchisees; “Expanding Your Business Through Franchising,” a forum for entrepreneurs; and “How to Franchise Your Business,” a workshop for those planning to franchise their own concepts, scheduled to be held at the Summit Galleria Hotel on August 2.
“This year’s Franchise Negosyo is bigger and more inclusive, covering the entire Region VII,” said PFA Chairman Chris Lim. “Cebu’s growing economic significance and entrepreneurial activity make it a strategic venue for this initiative.”
Kenneth Lim, PFA Director for Western Visayas, cited Cebu’s sustained trillion-peso GDP and role as a commercial hub as key reasons for choosing the city.
“Franchise Negosyo Para sa Region VII will support business formation and expansion across the region,” he said.
The event is open to the public and free of charge. It targets aspiring entrepreneurs, investors, and small business owners seeking to enter or expand within the franchise industry.
